JUSTIN SKINNER
Justin grew up on our grandparent's dairy farm north of Springfield, attended Hillcrest High School and is a Drury graduate. Justin and his wife Kendra have been in business together since 2012 and they currently own short-term rentals on Historic C-Street and Historic Pickwick Neighborhood. They have been running successful short-term rentals for several years now and plan to continue growing their portfolio. Justin played collegiate baseball and still makes time for golf, tennis, and pickleball.

PAUL TILLMAN
Paul was proudly born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. He's a graduate of Missouri State University, holding a degree in Small Business Management. He began working construction beginning in 2003, and by 2013 Paul shifted into the roles of Property Manager, Developer, and Construction Manager.
Paul and his wife, Kayla, are parents to four wonderful children. Outside the home, Kayla dedicates her time to Second Baptist Church's preschool and partners alongside Paul in some commercial real estate endeavors.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys classic sports cars and pursuing many of the hunting opportunities available in our area.
